Benson Engineering is a third generation family owned representation firm founded in 1946 by Carl A. Benson.  After WWII Carl departed the Chicago area and agreed to represent a leading bearing manufacturer and move to Texas.  In the years to follow Mr. Benson built a business on hard work, integrity, and a strong ethical standard that has been passed down through generations.

In the 1970's Carl R Benson took over the organization from his father and grew the business in partnership with his brother, eventually opening a warehouse business that would prove to carry the organization into new markets, opportunities and successes. 

Throughout the mid 90's the organization continued to change as a new generation came to run the business.  2000 brought a partnership between Curt Benson and Alan Hobbs that stands to take the business into the future.  Key acquisitions of personnel have strengthened the core competencies and skills as the group looks to the future providing the utmost in the core values laid down by the founder.
